Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), a condition in which an already toxic body fight back to toxins or manage with chemicals in the environment. Eat washed fresh leafy green and colorful vegetables and fruits, walk in fresh air, open windows of your house. Avoid smoke, dust and pollens. Avoid sugar and sugar products, potato and potato products, rice and rice products. Do not eat too many refine carbohydrates. When eat, eat separately protein and carbohydrates not together.
