Corruption in irrigation department is based on the minister of irrigation. Because the minister’s paid heavy money to their big bosses for the post and the honest officer’s are bound to obey them and follow their instruction. If some not follow their unjustified orders they transfered or go home for leave. I like MR. Murad ali shah one of the honest and most intelligent minister i have ever seen.
