HYDERABAD: Higher Education Commission Chairman Dr Javed Laghari’s brother Farooq Leghari was arrested on Monday on charges of forging documents of land worth Rs70 million. Hyderabad Civil Court has granted a four-day investigative remand of the former DCO Tando Allahyar.
