Conflict between Sindh and Punjab – Is it real or unreal?

FayazBbriroFuss between Punjab and Sindh! Is it natural, or exploitation?

By: Fayaz Amar Buriro

I have found some amazing similarities between Punjab and Sindh, where I shocked to see that majority of our regional activists are aloof from these facts. Here I am trying to show some of these:

>>Indus Valley Civilization (IVC) contains Sindh & Punjab, … the Moen-jo-Daro & Harappa are vital proofs.

»In history, there were Great India and Persia, which had large scope of sovereignty. The Baluchistan was buffer state between Persia and India.

»There is a Natural boundary between Sindh & Baluchistan to keep them safe and protect from each other, the same is not with Punjab and Sindh. There is no any natural boundary between Punjab and the Sindh. More over for the better understanding to the culture and language both have one mixed race nation called Siraiki. This nation is working natural way of exchanging the parameters of Sindh as well as Punjab.

»Sindh & Punjab have same agriculture based economy; this base is not with Baluchistan.

»Before the Islam, Sindhis and Punjabis both were religiously Hindus, but when we look in Baluchs, they were Kurd mixed old dogma believers.

»The linguistic grammar and rhythm of Sindhi & Punjabi are same because both languages born from ancient Sanskrit. Baluchi language came from Persian accent.

»The folk music or literature of Punjab and Sindh is very same in against of Baluchistan which is totally different. Their musical instrument and note of ragas are totally different than Punjab or Sindh.

» The philosophical approach & psyche of Sindh and Punjab was (and is) same rather than Baluchistan. Both had vast inspired Vedanti Mysticism (Sufism). Shah Lateef, Sachal Sarmast Bullah Shah, Fareed, Waris Shah Mehr Ali are lively legends of the philosophy from both states.

»In past, there are multiple proofs that Sindh and Baluchistan fought on interests and lost thousands people from both sides in different wars, but there is no any tiny proof has been found that Punjab fought with Sindh on any issue.

» In Sindhi Society, the extremist acts like Karo Kari , robbery, theft psyche, murders etc are well gifted by Baluchistan, such sort of crimes are linked together between the inner Baluchistan even up to the now a days too. According to the geography if we classified the Sindh in to two parts then we are finding following sub regions:»

1.Right Bank of Indus: As agricultural issues this bank is not well furnished and rich as comparison with other bank. Mostly Balochs occupied in this bank, that’s why the bank is topmost nest of criminals. They even smuggle currency, involved in human trafficking, kidnapping and harassing the other communities. Overall if we overview on this bank then we would find the majority of Baluchistan based headmen, those are ruling over the conflicts of tribal issues, they make daily new issues for the murders of innocent people on the issue of tribal wars.

2.Left Bank of Indus: This bank of Indus has good agricultural lands and almost peaceful atmosphere. The ruling headmen belonging with old Sindhi castes. The Baluchi influence is not much here, that’s why they live in peace and harmony. Today the history witness that most classical poets belong with this bank, who taught to live in peace and love.

»The Punjabi settlers who came in Sindh since 1940 (mostly Punjabi came here before 40’s) had started the cultivating agriculture and shown their keen hard work with the land. Today they have built villages, live in peace and prosperity in the Sindh. They don’t involve in criminal practices, they have given their daughters to local Sindhis for marriages. And the other hands Baluchis have really made hell regarding in the peace and to maintaining law & order situations. They shown their own psyche in criminal activities. Today Baluchis people are not wealth handed labors as comparison with Punjabi settlers.

»In aspects of refuges race, Baluchis & Punjabis are both migrated nations who came here for the interests regarding with their betterment of lives. Punjabis started their own profession as farming lands and Baluchis had shown their own. They spread criminal activities and on the shoulders of black wealth they became headmen, politicians and achieved multiple trades. Today they are more than 70% holding local politics up to the higher level seats of assemblies, where from they are acting their best sincerity with the Sindh and local settlers. Irony is that they are largely headmen of national politics in the Sindh. Syeds are second top numbered politicians of Sindh. Amazing is that they are also refugee.

»Today the Sindhi language is a lively language and according to the UNISCO report about the languages the Sindhi language is totally safe and will survive with vigor capacity in even next century as Punjabi too. But the Baluchi language and its accent are in red zone. Today near about 26 accents of Baluchi language are died due to showing least efforts to save the language by their speakers.

»The history of conflict between Sindh & Punjab is not much old but after the partition of Indo-Pak. In the partition Sindhis have faced enormous difficulties and withdrawn its middle class in shape of Hindus who had migrated from Sindh. The second effect was fallen on Punjab who lost its left arm (East Punjab). But no any sign is visible in which we can see that Baluchistan had lost any identity or economical downfall in the partition.

»It’s the very touchy sense in grief of Sindhi labor, but its fact; that Punjabis had taught the new ways of agro-technology and market concern environment to the Sindhis, but its very invisible any proof that Baluchis have given any expertise to local Sindhis except short cut methodologies, trickery ways to success wealth.

»Today if Sindhis are well elaborated in every field of life then there is partly pushes of Punjab; otherwise on the shoulders of Baluchis, Sindhi might be in the age of tribal system.

Hence the question comes in our mind that in old times Punjab and Sindh had passed really golden age, then when and where from their fuss started?

I’ve found some amazing reasons that:

*The history of current conflicts is not too old than 70 years before. It started from when Sindh separated from Bombay in 1936.

*Sindh has get rid of Mulla but Punjab has been pulling up the Mullas, due to its 2 nation theory.

*Sindh has aliened Germany forces in 2nd World War in the shape of 3rd Hur Movement, but Punjab had totally aside with alliance forces with British Army. And when Britain announced the Pakistan and India as free countries, they went and given gift the whole Pakistan to Punjab. And the issue arose from the starting day.

*The riot or conflicts between Sindh and Punjab are not natural but the self made from some politicians who never want to make a peaceful atmosphere here. Those politicians can be classified in following cadres:

1.US Foreign Policy Makers.

2.Punjab Opportunists.

3.Some greedy Sindhi Nationalists leaders.

May be I am wrong but here I have shared , what ever I’ve found!

  1. But Harami panjabi are panjabi we sindhis and baloch and pathaans and muhajirs are good in our sindh leave u panjabis go to lohore even in sindh u are badniyat and say sindhi and baloch suck and when pathaans come u say dont talk to that guy he looks bad!have u ever look at yourself always kee karia hey to and laughing hohohohahhaha like demons.

  2. old passage read it today,,, was quite informative,,,, loved the points of mr. mehdi, as well as others,, the conclusion must be that…… respect your people,, we are not only muslims or south asians but also human beings we should forget to the olden times now this is time to do something unitely,,

  3. DNA wise Sindhi, Pathan, Burushko, Hazara are similer. and Punjabis are similer with Kashmiri, Haryanvi, UP and other north Indian groups.

Sindh and Balochistan do not have natural boundry, Kohistan area of Sindh is similar with south Balochistan. and feeder area of Balochistan is similar with northren Sindh. some are of Kirthar mountain is in Sindh and some in Balochistan.

in old kingdoms Balochistan and Sindh was same country. like Ror kingdom,, Brahmir dynesty, Rai dynesty and Chach of Aror Kingdom.

and they both were in Ummayad Khilafah of Arabia and Abbassy Khilaf of Iraq, while Punjab was not.

40% of Sindhi language speaker are Baloch. which shows that Sindhi and Baloch are mixed up.

Sindh and Punjab don’t have land boundry but they have separate culture and language. and they have more conficts with each other as compared to other ethinic groups in Pakistan.

  4. Whenever cultures meet there is always one that dominates over others. Fortunately or unfortunately however you view it, the cultural package brought by Muslim immigrants from UP, Behar and CP upon making of Pakistan with their educational backdrop, has been superior to the domestic brands. On top of that the domestic population seems to have appreciatively adopted the imported Urdu language and sings it along all over to pose itself as cultured. The intellectual deficit of the local population has not be beneficial at all to assist it to view the port city of Karachi as the future center of economic activity before 1947. They only realized it upon seeing the Mohajir immigrants flocking to Karachi. Although 13 years later Ayub Khan tried to offset the effect of Karachi being capital by making Islamabad the new capital, the damage has been permanently done in the short time and to this day the economic and political hegemony of Karachi controls all Pakistan. Jinnah deeply mistrusted Punjabi, Sindhi, Balochi and Pashtun leaders who lacked finesse and exhibited tribal, nomadic, medieval and primitive mindset, unready to take up the affairs of a modern Islamic state. His rights hands were the Muslim leaders from Bengal, UP, CP and areas that were not going to part of Pakistan. He advanced his notion of progress of Pakistan by handing over reins of the new state to the immigrant leaders and by fostering Urdu as national language and Karachi as state capital, all facts utterly despised by few daft domestics.

  5. Tragedy with Punjabi Settlers in Sindh: In 1901 Nara Canal and in 1932 Sukkur Barrage lands allotted to Punjabi settlers in Rural Sindh aiming to increase CULTIVATING area of Sindh. Punjabi’s did the task with manual labour, as machinery was not available at that time.

With the passage of time; those Punjabis were assimilated in Sindh by adopting Sindhi language, culture and traditions but in 1970’s, at time of 1st PPP government under the leadership of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Sindhi’s forced the settlers to leave the Sindh by handing over the cultivated lands to Sindhi’s.

Majority of Punjabi landholder and well-established settlers considered it feasible to migrate to Hyderabad, Karachi and Abroad or Back to Punjab.

Remaining Punjabi settlers in Sindh are stacked people due to many reasons, they were not able to migrate, anyhow with low profile social and business lifestyle and under harassment, they are living in Sindh.

At the creation of Pakistan Lahore was the biggest city and Karachi was a small port town however, by declaring Karachi as the capital of Pakistan how much revenue was spent to make it a bigger port, industrial, business, educational, residential and commercial city of Pakistan?

Punjab not only sacrificed financially but Punjabi’s took the major intellectual, physical, economical and financial participation to make the port city Karachi an economical and financial hub of Pakistan, but from 1986 Muhajir’s started to force the Punjabi’s to leave Karachi. The majority of established industrial, business and trade sector Punjabi considered it feasible to migrate abroad or back to Punjab.

Remaining Punjabi’s in Karachi are stacked people due to many reasons they were not able to migrate, anyhow with low profile social and business lifestyle and under harassment, they are living in Karachi.

Hence, neither rural Sindh nor Karachi is feasible for a future time or talent investment of Punjabi’s, same position is in Baluchistan, therefore, Punjabis are required to fully concentrate and devote their time, talent, skill and economy to build up Punjab.

  6. why so much hate about balochis?? Sindhis are more criminals themselves.. . They don’t need balochis. . Sind is stealing their resources and water. .Punjabis are not interested in comparison with sindh etc. . They want Pakistan more developed than india. .

  7. 1. As the man is a social animal therefore human life revolves around social and animal instincts of human beings i.e. social respect and economical necessities, social respect to accomplish the erg of social dimension of life and economical necessities to fulfill the materialist needs of life. As a part and parasol of human society, the human beings, socially assemble themselves on characteristics of “Region, Race or Religion” for the prerequisite of mutual aid or clash in communal interaction.

    2. In the region of united India, for the sake of social assimilation, instead of region or race, religion was politically propagated as a basic factor and primary concept for “Nation” in the Muslim’s, Hindu’s, Sikh’s and Christian’s therefore, in Indian politics, races (people belong to common Languages, cultures and traditions) became the secondary factor and concept as Sub-Nationalism. Therefore, when atmosphere facilitated the concept of “Two Nation Theory” on religious grounds then India got divided in Pakistan and India, moreover Pakistan became a country of 97% Muslims with regions and races of Bengali, Punjabi, Sindhi, Pukhtoon and Balochi lands, languages, cultures and traditions.

    3. Due to division of region Punjab and race Punjabi, Sikh Punjabi’s got displaced from eastern side of Punjab to western side of Punjab and Muslim Punjabi’s got displaced from western side of Punjab to eastern side of Punjab, as the displacing took place in same land and within the people of same language, culture and tradition as a consequence of dissimilarity of religion, therefore, displaced Punjabi’s were “Internally Displace Persons” (IDP’s), not refuges at their own land.

    4. As a result of shifting Muslim and Sikh Punjabi’s from one part of Punjab to another part of Punjab, East Punjab became the homeland of Muslim Punjabi’s (along with a small amount of UPite and Rajasthani Muslims, those took the refuge in urban cities of Punjab, because of owing to the similarity of Islamic background and concept of Muslim nationalism) and Western Punjab became the homeland for the Sikh Punjabi’s. Hence, “A Great Nation (by the virtue of common land and Race) of Sub-Continent got divided in Muslim Punjabi and Sikh Punjabi States”.

    5. Bengal already existed as the East Bengal (The homeland of Muslim Bengali’s) and West Bengal (The homeland of Hindu Bengali’s) therefore; migrations of Bengali’s were not taken place in bulk amount. However, Bihari Muslims took the refuge in East Bengal, because of owing to the similarity of Islamic background and concept of Muslim nationalism.

    6. Sindh was already a Sindhi Muslim majority land therefore; the land of Sindhi’s was not divided into Muslim and Hindu Sindhi lands and the migration of Hindu Sindhi’s were also not taken place in bulk amount. However, UPite, Gujarati and Rajasthani Muslims took the refuge in Sindh by dominating the major cities of Sindh, because of owing to the similarity of Islamic background and concept of Muslim nationalism.

    7. Pukhtoon Khawa and Baluchistan were already Muslim lands therefore; migration was not taken place. However, very small amount of UPite Muslims took the refuge in urban areas of Pukhtoon Khawa and Baluchistan, because of owing to the similarity of Islamic background and concept of Muslim nationalism.

    8. Bihari Muslims took the refuge in East Pakistan and UPite, Gujarati and Rajasthani Muslims took the refuge in West Pakistan were aliens at land of Pakistan by the virtue of languages, cultures and traditions, however, because of Islamic background, they had similarity with Pakistani Muslim Bengali’s, Punjabi’s, Sindhi’s, Pukhtoon’s and Balochi’s.

    9. After division of India, Pakistan became a country of 97% Muslims, although for creation of Pakistan, the religion was politically propagated and exploited as a basic factor and primary concept for “Nation”, beside the fact that; the follower of holly religions are a “Millat”, also called as “Millat-e-Ibraheemi” and followers of Prophet are called as an “Ommat”, therefore, Muslim are an “Ommat”, not a nation.

    10. In matter of fact, the Religion is a charter of life for social, economical, administrative, judicial, political, moral, psychological and spiritual development to create an atmosphere of comfortable life with peace of mind and eternal satisfaction to all mankind without distinction. For the purpose, guidance to the mankind came from Almighty God’s Command, as Transmitted by the Prophets and afterwards interpreted by the priests. However, because of many “Man-made Doctrines” of Religion, promoted by various semi-literate scholars, religion has become an excuse for committing acts that have nothing to do with its spirit, therefore, majority of Pakistani Muslims and Muslim leaders proved themselves failed to comprehend and execute the actual spirit and teachings of Islam.

    11. As the Pakistani Muslims were not of homogeneous in nature because of Bengali, Punjabi, Sindhi, Pukhtoon and Balochi lands, languages, cultures and traditions (regions and races), therefore, according to the rules of nature, principals of sociology and procedures of politics, it was understood that; in politics of Pakistan, social or economical injustice on ground of “Race or Region” with any “Sub-Nation” will stimulate the characteristics of social assimilation, to switch it towards “Race and Region” instead of “Religion” for the prerequisite of mutual aid or clash in communal interaction, to accomplish the sociological instinct, therefore, “Race and Region” oriented “Sub-Nationalism” will take the boost to achieve the place of “Nation”.

    12. Anyhow, without realizing the possible hazards of any social or economical injustice on grounds of “Race or Region” with any “Sub-Nation” of Pakistan, since creation of Pakistan, establishment got started to be dominated by the Punjabi’s and UPites, especially UPites had total control of Pakistan foreign policy, defense establishment and federal government services because of UPite prime minister, governor general, members of constitutional assembly, federal cabinet members and president of ruling party. Neither, the Bengali’s were inducted nor Sindhi’s, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s were adjusted in establishment, cabinet, constitutional assembly and federal government services for policy and decision makings.

    13. As the 2% UPites were aliens at land of Pakistan by the virtue of “Race or Region” i.e. languages, cultures and traditions of Muslim Bengali’s, Punjabi’s, Sindhi’s, Pukhtoon’s and Balochi’s therefore, they adopted the methodology of “Divide and Rule” (Divide the original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Bengali’s, Sindhi’s, Balochi’s, Pukhtoon’s and Punjabi’s, to “Rule the Pakistan” and “Dominate the Urdu language, Gunga Jumna culture and UPite traditions by means of suppressing and eliminating the languages, cultures and traditions of original and actual entities of Pakistan to retain the social, economical, administrative and political supremacy”.

    14. Punjabi’s migrated from Indian side of Punjab to Pakistan were already under domination of Urdu language, Gunga Jumna culture and UPite traditions, therefore they accepted and owned the hegemony of Urdu language, Gunga Jumna culture and UPite traditions by surrendering the Punjabi language, culture and traditions in conjunction with lending support to the UPites to dominate Urdu language, Gunga Jumna culture and UPite traditions by means of suppressing and eliminating the languages, cultures and traditions of original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi’s, Balochi’s, Pukhtoon’s, Punjabi’s and Bengali’s. (due to many factors).

    15. Since the creation of Pakistan, UPites also adopted the tactic of backbiting Bengali’s, Sindhi’s, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s in front of Punjabi’s and criticizing the Punjabi’s in front of Bengali’s, Sindhi’s, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s. As a result, at all times, Punjabi’s had reservations about Bengali’s, Sindhi’s, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s, whereas constantly, Bengali’s, Sindhi, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s had complaints about Punjabi’s, same practice persist till the day.

    16. Nowadays, the filthy role of UPite is performed by the siblings of UPites; to a certain extent, it became a routine practice and habit of UPite siblings as a result of continuous success in mission since decades. Ironically, not only common masses, but intellectuals, historians and politicians from original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi, Baloch, Pukhtoon and Punjabi’s are not able to brainstorm, comprehend and recognize the tricks and tactics of UPites.

    17. After creation of Pakistan skilled and technical professions, media and political organizations, civil and military establishment, national and foreign affairs bureaucracy came under domination of Muhajir’s from UP, CP and East Punjab, whereas, business and trade sectors came under domination of Muhajir’s from Gujarat.

    18. Bengali’s, Punjabi’s from West Punjab, Pukhtoon’s, Sindhi’s and Balochi’s had participation in agriculture and livestock fields with limited and restricted involvement in local and provincial level civil services, however, had active position in regional and cultural politics and media organizations of local level.

    19. Because of 60% population of Pakistan, at present, Punjabi hegemony is visible in national and foreign affairs bureaucracy, military and civil establishment, skilled and technical professions, agriculture and livestock fields, business and trade sectors but due to political immaturity, incompetency and aptitude, Punjabi’s have subordinating role in politics and media organizations at national and international level.

    20. Sindhi’s have dominating role in regional politics, media and cultural activities along with ordinary position in agriculture and livestock fields, but due to lack of ability and aptitude, have subordinating role in skilled and technical professions, business and trade sectors, civil and military establishment, national and foreign affairs bureaucracy, whereas, hegemony of 2% UPite Muhajir’s is noticeable in national and foreign affairs bureaucracy, military and civil establishment, skilled and technical professions, political and media organizations.

    21. Although, UPites are not the “Son of Soil” of Pakistani land nevertheless, they never tried to accumulate and assimilate them self with the language, culture and traditions of original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi’s, Balochi’s, Pukhtoon’s and Punjabi’s, therefore they wish to earn from Pakistan, choose to live in western countries and desire to socially interact abroad, instead of accumulating and assimilating with original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi’s, Balochi’s, Pukhtoon’s and Punjabi’s.

    22. As a consequence of aliens at the lands of original and actual entities of Pakistan, overseas contacts, opportunistic and service oriented mindset, they are found to provide human intelligence and prefer to work as a catalyst in national and international affairs as a proxy player, whereas, other original and actual entities of Pakistan, particularly Sindhi’s, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s don’t have the axis and opportunities similar to the UPite Muhajir’s, therefore 2% UPite Muhajir’s are evermore sweet choice for national and international proxy game players.

    23. Original and actual entities of Pakistan, especially Sindhi’s, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s are already lacking in national and foreign affairs bureaucracy, military and civil establishment, skilled and technical professions, political and media organizations, therefore, beside Punjabi’s, the hegemony of 2% UPite Muhajir’s in national and foreign affairs bureaucracy, military and civil establishment, skilled and technical professions, political and media organizations, in conjunction with desire to socially interact abroad, wish to earn from Pakistan, choose to live in western countries, always facilitated the UPite Muhajir’s to act as a catalyst of proxy play to provide human intelligence and services to the national and international proxy game players.

    24. Original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi, Baloch, Pukhtoon and Punjabi’s are “Son of Pakistani Soil”, however, since creation of Pakistan Sindhi, Baloch and Pukhtoon’s were never participated or consulted in international and national policy or decision making. Although, they were also regretted and rejected for the autonomy to govern their own lands according to their own culture and traditions, even at local and provincial level too. However, because of original and actual entities of Pakistan, they will never be agree to auction their mother land in the hands of national and international game players.

    25. Since the creation of Pakistan, Sindhi, Baloch and Pukhtoon’s are willing and wishing the entitlement, improvement and autonomy of their historical land, language, culture, traditions and resources, those are encroached, occupied, dominated, twisted and manipulated by the Punjabi’s and alien UPites, Urdu language, Gunga Jumna culture and traditions, therefore, their struggle for the entitlement, improvement and autonomy of their historical land, language, culture, traditions and resources, can’t be treated as “Struggle for Breakdown of Pakistan”.

    26. None of the original and actual entity of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi, Baloch, Pukhtoon and Punjabi is agreeing to Breakdown Pakistan. It is a propaganda strategy or the day dreaming and wishful thinking of UPites. However, role of UPites always remained suspicious and reckless for the stability, integrity and harmony of Pakistan in addition to the original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi, Baloch, Pukhtoon and Punjabi.

    27. Since decades, slogans by the UPites were observed, interpreted and proved as; “Love Pakistan” means “Love Karachi” (no importance to any other land of Pakistan, except Karachi), “Pakistan 1st” means “UPites 1st” (no importance to the original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi, Baloch, Pukhtoon and Punjabi, except UPites) and “Long Live Pakistan” means “Long Live Urdu Language, Gunga Jumna Culture and UPites Traditions” (no need of languages, cultures and traditions of original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi, Balochi, Pukhtoon and Punjabi, except Urdu language, Gunga Jumna culture and UPites traditions).

    28. Nowadays, Pakistan is hanging like a pendulum between U.S.A and China along with many regional and supporting players due to Geo-political position in war of domination, because of, communication and energy corridors, geographical presence at door step of China at north, central Asian states through Afghanistan at North West, Iran at south west and Arabian Sea at south. Therefore, neither the U.S.A is able to isolate the Pakistan like Iraq and not be able to capture like Afghanistan. As this type of adventure will provoke the interests of other key world players particularly China and Russia, thus, it may initiate the 3rd world war.

    29. As, the Russia was already attempting to reach the warm water but now China is also willing for it by 2030 and from 2020 China will start the advancement towards the Arabian sea, till 2020 China will work to choose and secure the corridors. However, owing to Chinese role in Pakistan since 60’s, people of Pakistan trust the China as a faithful friend. Consequently; people of Pakistan are not ready to support any action against Chinese interest, as they did against Russia for decades.

    30. Pakistan is facing a hard time of life due to communication and energy corridors. Therefore, if China is ready to reach the Arabian Sea in near future then Pakistan will be a battle ground instead of communication and energy corridor, primarily the region of Baluchistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will happen to be the main target. If not then, it is not suitable for U.S.A to break or even reduce the strategic relationship with Pakistan. Because without geographical support of Pakistan, U.S.A will lose the control over Afghanistan and Russia will again advance towards the warm water. Yet any plan of U.S.A to convert Pakistan into a battle ground will force or facilitate the Pakistan to change the camp. Otherwise, Pakistan will prefer to maintain the strategic relationship with U.S.A.

    31. Although, for game of domination between international players, the suitable option is, the will and wish of “people of Pakistan” represented by the national political leadership. Furthermore, the sovereignty, integrity and national interests of Pakistan are an internal subject, related to the qualities of nation and leadership. But, due to un-organized and non-systematized national political parties, since from Liaquat Ali khan era to present government, dictatorial and puppet rulers were sweet choice for U.S.A, to secure the interests in Pakistan and to keep Russia away from the warm water.

    32. However, now people of Pakistan are fading up. They are furious and frustrated about the dictatorial rulers and puppet leaders due to negligence of public affairs, interests and problems. Consequently, in future, atmosphere and circumstances will not support the dictatorial rulers and puppet politicians, absolutely. Because, in future era game of domination between U.S.A, Russia and China will enhance in North Africa, Middle East and central Asia. Therefore, Pakistani politics will start to dominate the national and international issues at public ground too.

    33. As, in future era, year by year, due to Geo-political position of Pakistan, the “Great Global Game between US, China and Russia” will enhance at land of Pakistan, therefore, proxy politics is presumed to be the part of “Great Global Game” and Pakistani politics will dominate the national and international issues. However, the integrity, sovereignty and national interest of Pakistan will remain an internal subject; dependent upon wisdom and skill of political leadership.

    34. As the Pakistan is a heterogeneous nation and sub-nationalism is already an important issue, still waiting to be resolved, therefore, it will take boost in future. Hence, without redressing the confusion and conflict of sub-nationalism, problems of social polarization, economical disaster and bad governance will never be redressed and resolved by any political party or any type of government.

    35. It is also vital to induct and include the original and actual entities of Pakistan (i.e. Sindhi, Baloch and Pukhtoon’s) in national policy making and decision taking institutions and departments in replacement of “Alien UPites”, “To assemble Pakistani’s and developing Pakistan”. Especially foreign affairs and defense establishment should be reserved for the “Son of Soils” and citizens of Pakistan, those have accumulated and assimilated them self with regional languages, cultures and traditions of their residential region along with declaring the Sindhi, Balochi, Pashto and Punjabi as National languages of Pakistan as a substitute of Urdu.

    Conclusion:

Being majority population of Pakistan, Punjabi’s are responsible for the social, economical, administrative and political deprivation, rather salivary of original & actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi’s, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s also Bengali’s too, in past. As for matter of UPites is concerned, it is the problem or headache of Punjabi’s, weather they manipulated or misguided the Punjabi’s or Punjabi’s used them as a toll.

As for original & actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi’s, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s are concerned, they only knows that, since 65 years, Punjabi’s and UPites were partner in suppressing and eliminating the languages, cultures and traditions of original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi’s, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s, in conjunction with hegemony in national and foreign affairs bureaucracy, military and civil establishment, skilled and technical professions, politics and media organizations by ignoring the share of original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi’s, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s.

Anyway, “Punjabi Think Tank” feel shame for the deeds of Punjabi’s and wish to struggle for social, economical, administrative and political rights of original and actual entities of Pakistan i.e. Sindhi’s, Balochi’s and Pukhtoon’s, along with provoking the necessity of political awareness, maturity and responsibility in Punjabi’s.

  8. Malik Manzer Mitha…don’t try to get over smart by using sass…the honorable writer has analyzed something in a unique way…if you have something to vomit out; do it instead of shitting like spectators…Unlike well aware dignified Sindhis; denial of logic, history, natural/genuine identity could be witnessed almost every ignorant Punjabis’ home, where an alien dud language is used with kids due to some psychological inferiority complexes…and interestingly the racist aliens’ mafia, whose language is aped, laugh at the same stupid Punjabi apes and mock them due to their own superiority complexes…
So Malik speak keeping in view the ground realities and introduce your dissertation with solution…

  9. Y so much prob… lets separate punjab n sindh 4m pak into sep countries

  10. The write up is pure chawal. Punjabis have two eyes and Sindhis usually have two also. In hospitals blood color of Punjabis and Sindhis is seen to be common red. Hey, I can find many cultural resemblances of Pakistanis let’s say with Mongolians, Egyptian civilization with Mesopotamia and Indus, Muslim with Jews and Xtians. It is easy to find common things as a process of human achievement and experience but it is difficult to draw a distinction that serves as root cause of being viewed fundamentally different in ideas.
Sweethreat won’t you go ahead and talk about why Sindhis’s and rest of the provinces mistrust Punjabis, about civil service, army composition, water distribution etc. do more of a qualitative analysis than a simple eighth grader one.

  11. I think the article is a good initiative to lay foundation of trust and understanding based on human values.
    But unfortunately it is based on many assumptions;
first, Sindhis have got trade & business influences from punjabis. Sindhi merchants of Hyderabada & shikarpur were famous traders & merchants when punjabis had no sense trade & business, plz refer. http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=DutV94n8_X4C&printsec=frontcover&dq=The+global+world+of+Indian+merchants,+1750-1947:+traders+of+Sind+from#v=onepage&q=&f=false
or in urdu “Shikarpur Aur Hyderabad k Tajir” by Dr. Mubarak Ali, Fiction House Lahore.
Second, Sindhis haven’t got any positive influence from Balochistan. Sindhis throughout their history have remained totally peaceful even not resisting to tyrants & oppressors from Aryans to Argons & Tarkhans. It is due to Baloch influence that sindh has developed an spirit of resistance from Hoshu Shidi, Mir Talpurs then later periods of One unit, zia & subsequent martial laws in Pakistan.
Third, punjabis have integrated in sindhi society by giving their daughters to sindhis as compared to Balochs. What is percentage of these punjabis as compared to Balochs, I myself haven’t any statstics but I am sure Baloch have done that in many folds greater than punjabis. Even balochs have embedded their identity & language to sindhis to by sacrificing their own. I myself being ethinically Baloch am more touchy on issues of Sindh than issues of Balochistan, so about others living in Sindh since decades.

I believe it is not a right approach to have a comparative discussion based on the very weak foundations.

We need to promote peace, brotherhood, justice and equality based on human values rather than some assumptions. Most importantly sacrificing old friends on the hope of news ones is never a wise approach.

It is just my point of view not necessarily correct,

    peace…
