After breakup of one unit in 1970, the Sindh Government restored its provincial status and restarted its functions as separate provincial entity having its HQS at karachi like other provinces which took their original positions of the separate provinces in the names of Punjab, NWFP and Balauchistan in the oosted west Pakistan as in the forner East Pakistan, Bangladesh an independent country got emergence. The Government of Sindh Information Department considering the significance of the data and information regarding all the departments of the Sindh Government published a book entiled Sindh Annual covering all the data and figures about all the socio-economic development and progress in the Sindh Province in 1974.

10th International Kashmir Conference Inaugurated

Washington, 23-July 2009: The Right to Self-determination is an alienable right of people of Jammu and Kashmir, it was high time that people of the state should be allowed this right and the Obama Administration needs to facilitate this sixty two year old dispute resolved was the dominant view on the first day of the two-day tenth International Peace Conference titled Kashmir Issue: Regional and International Dimension organized by Kashmir American Council and Humanitarian Lawyers Association held at the capitol here today.

Dark circles and Lines under the Eyes

Apply moist Luke warm tea bags under the eyes or make two cotton pads dipping from black tea and put under the eyes. The tea bags contain inflammation-reducing compounds which quickly reduce dark circles, puffiness and lines under the eyes. Also try to apply yogurt under eyes or turmeric (Head or Haldi) paste or apply vitamin E-containing creams. Cucumber slices are also help to remove dark circles and lines under the eyes. Eat green leafy and colorful vegetables and fruits, eat figs (engeer)Vitamin B-complex 25 mg daily, Magnesium 10 mg (seeds and nuts are the great source of magnesium) and yogurt with full glass of water (lasi without sugar and salt) everyday early in the morning. Drink 8 to 12 glasses of fresh crystal clear water everyday. Add turmeric and raw onion, garlic, ginger in your foods.
