Many Sindhi writers and intellectuals will read their papers on his autobiography among them are Amar Jalil, Madam Mahtab Akbar Rashdi, Prof. Saleem Memon, Shaukat Shoro.

(Lachman was born in Kandiaro, District Naushahro Feroze, Sindh in 1936, he was 11 years when he migrated to India after violent partition of India (partition of Sindh, its language, culture, and soul), since then he has been writing poetry there in India. This is his second trip to dear motherland Sindh. Last time when he visited Sindh first time went to his birth place Kandiaro, he found his 60 years old house himself, because the street and roads leading to his house remain close to his heart, he could not forget them. All such beautiful stories are narrated with nostalgia in his book, and above all how these folks were forced by migrants from India to leave their centuries old homes here in Sindh, this all great service of suffering of humanity was done in the name of religion, League’s and Congress’ divisive politics. )
