Elevated triglycerides and cholesterol level, Gastrointestinal problems, Heart trouble, high blood pressure, difficulty to lose weight, Obesity, irregular menstrual periods, food allergies, uncontrollable eating all the time, feel sleepy after an hour of eating, and anxiety. - Stop eating Refine carbohydrates ( Sugar and Sugar products, Bread/Roti/flour and bread products), Eat whole wheat breat, fiber, take vitamin B- complex and 8 to 10 glasses of water every day, eat fresh washed vegetables.
