MPAs barred from holding session in Sindh PA

On the order of the Sindh governor, the Karachi administration on Monday morning completely cordoned off the Sindh Assembly and did not allow the provincial assembly members to hold the session.
Not a single person was allowed to enter the Sindh Assembly building could not attend their offices as Chief Court Road was completely closed from both sides since 7 am. The 52 members, including a minority member, staged a sit-in at the Arts Council roundabout just at the corner of the Court Road.
The local administration had deployed heavy contingent of police, in particular policewomen to block the roads from both ends leading to the Sindh Assembly were also blocked by water tankers, iron barricades and barbed wires.
